I’m glad you are here.
My name is Stephanie, and I’m a writer.
What do I write about? Walking with God. Being a mother. Finding joy in a fractured world. Looking for my sanity. Figuring out life and people and how to get along with both. I tend to tackle heavy topics because that’s the way my brain works, but I try to weave in a bit of humor, story, and wordplay to keep things interesting. I don’t know if I succeed at being interesting, but it’s my goal.
I want to serve you with the words I write. You, dear reader, matter to me. It’s hard to find enough grace, honesty, and compassion for our stumbling hearts in this broken world. I pray you will find a little in the words I share with you.
I no longer post to this blog, but I continue to write and publish by email. To receive regular “posts” in your inbox, sign up for my email list in the box on the right or in the box below this paragraph. I send out a new email about every two weeks.
